Is your ID up to date?

Please don't be offended if our staff ask to see your ID next time you talk to us.

Since 2013, First Credit Union is required to see two forms of ID from our members. This is a legal requirement to protect you and First Credit Union.

If we only have one form of ID loaded against your account, please don’t be offended if our staff ask you to provide a second form of ID. To see what ID is acceptable, please click here.

If you don’t have a second form of ID on you when you visit a branch, don’t worry- you can still transact on your account while we wait for the second piece of ID.

Loans & Overdrafts

First Credit Union is required to manage and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and countering terrorism financing obligations.

It is important that you provide us with two forms of current ID prior to getting a loan or overdraft disbursed. Failure to provide these forms of ID may result in you not being able to take out a loan or overdraft with us.

You can view First Credit Union’s account terms and conditions here.
