We've upgraded our system!

We're pleased to say that we have now completed our system upgrade.

Most of the big changes happened in the background, however, there's a few things our members need to know....

 

You can now use your new BLUE Debit Mastercard!

Your old card will no longer work! Please make sure you destroy it by cutting it into quarters and start using the new BLUE card previously sent to you.

You can use the BLUE card straight away using the PIN we sent to you, however, if you would like to change it to something you will remember please visit your nearest branch and we will sort this for you.

If you haven't received a BLUE card, and would like to order one please give us a call or visit us and we will get this underway for you.

Fees

All eftpos and ATM fees will now be charged to your accounts at the end of each day - not at the time of transaction!

                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Internet Banking has changed

We have a new internet banking site, click here to login.

How to log in

  • Use your member number as username
  • Use your current Internet Banking password 

 

KeepSafe questions

For extra security we've added in some 'keepsafe questions'.

When you first log in to Internet Banking you will be asked to create 3 keep safe questions before you can proceed. Note: the minimum length of a keep safe question answer is 5 characters.

It's up to you what you choose for your Keep Safe questions- you can select a standard question or make up your own.

Each time you log in to Internet Banking you will need to successfully answer one of these questions.

You'll need to download our NEW Mobile Banking App

If you are already signed up/ using our Mobile Banking App, you will need to download our NEW Mobile Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

How to log in for the first time

  • Use your member number as User ID
  • Use your current Internet Banking password

 

Not registered for Mobile Banking?

To manage your money on the go using our Mobile Banking App give us a call or visit your nearest branch.
