First Credit Union System Changes   

We're excited about the changes we're making!

First Credit Union is upgrading it's core banking system on the weekend of the 9th and 10th of September 2017.

We're doing the upgrade so that we can better meet our members needs, be more innovative and continue to grow a strong Credit Union.

Whilst many of the changes we are making are "behind the scenes" and handled by our staff, as members you may experience some changes to your account and the products and services you have. We are doing our best to ensure we keep you up to date with these changes and any impact it will have on you, so please ensure you read all communication from First Credit Union as we move to our September change over date. 

Make sure you are following us on Facebook- it's where we are going to be posting live updates of the system change over the weekend and to help you prepare we've put together some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to help you through the change.

We are excited about our new system and what it means we can do for our members in the future! We apologise for any inconvenience we may cause as we make the upgrade, however, we have done our best to ensure as little disruption to members as possible.
