CALL FOR NOMINATIONS TO THE FIRST CREDIT UNION BOARD

The Nomination Committee of First Credit Union is calling for nominations to the First Credit Union Board of Directors. Two directors are required for a three-year term.

Nominations are open from Monday 25 June 2018 and close at 4.30pm Friday 27 July 2018. Each nomination must be made on an official nomination form

Nomination pack includes the Director Elections handbook 2018, Director Nominee Fit & Proper Declaration 2018, Police check form and RBNZ Suitability Notice for Directors.

All completed original forms and supporting documents must reach the Returning Officer no later than 4.30pm Friday 27 July 2018 by post to:

Eligible candidates will be advised by the Returning Officer no later than Monday 20 August 2018. Elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting on 26 September 2018 at 5:30pm in the Bill Gallagher Events room, WINTEC city campus, Hamilton.
