CALL FOR NOMINATIONS TO THE FIRST CREDIT UNION BOARD

The Nomination Committee of First Credit Union is calling for nominations to the First Credit Union Board of Directors. Three directors are required for a three-year term.

Nominations are open from Thursday 1 June 2017 and close at 5:00pm Friday 14 July 2017. Each nomination must be made on an official nomination form. 

Nomination pack includes the Director Elections handbook 2017, Director Nominee Fit & Proper Declaration 2017, Police check form and RBNZ Suitability Notice for Directors.

All completed original forms and supporting documents must reach the Returning Officer no later than 5:00pm Friday 14 July 2017 by post to:

Eligible candidates will be advised by the Returning Officer no later than Monday 7 August 2017. Elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting on 20 September 2017 at 5:30pm in the Bill Gallagher Events room, WINTEC city campus, Hamilton.
