Call for Nominations to the First Credit Union Board
The Nomination Committee of First Credit Union is calling for nominations to the First Credit Union Board of Directors. Three directors are required for a three-year term.
Nominations are open from Monday 22 June 2020 and close at 4.30pm Friday 24 July 2020. Each nomination must be made on an official nomination form.
Nomination pack includes the Director Elections handbook 2020, Director Nominee Fit & Proper Declaration 2020, Police check form and RBNZ Suitability Notice for Directors.
All completed original forms and supporting documents must reach the Returning Officer no later than 4.30pm Friday 24 July 2020 by post to:

Eligible candidates will be advised by the Returning Officer no later than Friday 21 August 2020. Elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting on 23 September 2020 at 2:00pm at 111 Collingwood Street, Hamilton.
