Call for Nominations to the First Credit Union Board
The Nomination Committee of First Credit Union is calling for nominations to the First Credit Union Board of Directors. Two directors are required for a three-year term.
Nominations are open from Monday 24 June 2019 and close at 4.30pm Friday 26 July 2019. Each nomination must be made on an official nomination form.
Nomination pack includes the Director Elections handbook 2019, Director Nominee Fit & Proper Declaration 2019, Police check form and RBNZ Suitability Notice for Directors.
All completed original forms and supporting documents must reach the Returning Officer no later than 4.30pm Friday 26 July 2019 by post to:

Eligible candidates will be advised by the Returning Officer no later than Monday 19 August 2019. Elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting on 25 September 2019 at 2:00pm at 111 Collingwood Street, Hamilton.
