How to Enable Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by your computer to remember aspects of your visit to our website. We use cookies to help us provide you with better service by personalizing your visit.

Follow these basic instructions to adjust your browser to allow cookies. If the browser you use is not listed, please consult your documentation or online help files within your browser window.

If you are unsure of what browser version you have then open your browser, click on help, and click the "About" option.

Internet Explorer 8.x

  1. Click on the Tools-menu.
  2. Select Internet Options in the menu - a new window opens.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab near the top of the window.
  4. Click on the Default button of the window.
  5. Move the slider so that it is on one of the levels below Medium High (including Medium, Low, Accept All Cookies).
  6. Save changes by clicking OK.

Internet Explorer 7.x

  1. Click on the Tools-menu.
  2. Select Internet Options in the menu - a new window opens.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab near the top of the window.
  4. Move the slider so that it is on one of the levels below Medium High (including Medium, Low, Accept All Cookies).
  5. Save changes by clicking OK.

Set Internet Explorer to Read JavaScript

  1. Step 1
    Access Internet Explorer by opening it up on your computer.
  2. Step 2
    Go to 'Tools' on the task bar and click on it.
  3. Step 3
    Select the 'Internet Options' heading.
  4. Step 4
    Locate the tab labelled 'Advanced' and click on it.
  5. Step 5
    Scroll through the list of settings until you see the 'Java'  category.
  6. Step 6
    Use your mouse to place a check in the box beside the only setting option under 'Java.' This setting option is either 'Use JRE 1.5.0_05.'or ‘Use JRE 1.6.0_13’
  7. Step 7
    Click 'OK.'
  8. Step 8
    Re-start your computer. Your computer must be re-started in order for the change you just made to take effect.
