Funeral Plan Insurance

A simple, affordable way to give your family practical assistance to help with funeral costs and other expenses.

Special features:

• Choose from 2 cover amounts: $5000 or $7500
• Guaranteed acceptance for anyone aged between 16 and 75
• Immediate cover for accidental death
• Full cover applies after 12 months
• No medical information required and premiums are not affected if you are a smoker
• You can nominate the beneficiary of your choice, or simply have the claim funds paid to your estate
• You can insure up to 10 additional family members or friends on your policy
• Once we have been provided with the death certificate, claim funds are usually received within 48 hours

What’s not covered:

• Cover ends at age 76
• There is no cover for children aged less than 16
• There is no cover for death by natural causes, illness or suicide in the first 12 months. This also applies when upgrading from $5000 cover to $7500 cover. After 12 month’s time full cover applies

How much will it cost?

How do I sign up?

It couldn’t be easier! Simply complete an application form next time you visit one of our branches, or contact us for a form to be sent to you. Each insured person needs to complete and sign their own application form. Once we have received your completed form we’ll load the cover and post you confirmation for your records.
